Refund Policy

Overview
ImmigrantBridge Translation Services is committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for translation orders.
Full Refund — Order Cancelled Before Processing Begins
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your order before the translation pipeline has started (i.e., before our system begins processing your document). To cancel before processing begins, email us immediately at SkyboundSystemsInc@gmail.com with your order number.
Because processing typically begins within minutes of payment, we encourage you to contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel.
50% Refund — Pipeline Completed but Not Yet Delivered
If the translation has been completed but not yet delivered to you (e.g., due to email delivery failure or a technical issue), you may request a 50% refund. This accounts for the processing costs already incurred.
No Refund After Delivery
Once your completed translation has been delivered (i.e., a download link has been sent to your email), no refund is available. This is because the translated document has been provided in full.
If you believe there is an error in your translation after delivery, please contact us — we will work to correct it at no additional charge.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email SkyboundSystemsInc@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation.
- We will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Rush processing fees once processing has begun
- Orders cancelled more than 30 days after the order date
No Guarantee of USCIS Acceptance
Refunds are not issued solely because USCIS or another agency declined to accept a translation. Acceptance is determined by the reviewing agency and depends on factors outside our control. Please consult a licensed immigration attorney for legal guidance.
