1. Service Description

ImmigrantBridge Translation Services, operated by Skybound Systems Inc., provides AI-assisted document translation with human review. Our translations are formatted to meet U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requirements and include a Certificate of Accuracy.

Translations are produced using artificial intelligence and reviewed by qualified personnel for accuracy and compliance. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice of any kind.

2. No Guarantee of USCIS Acceptance

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY TRANSLATION WILL BE ACCEPTED BY USCIS OR ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCY. While our translations are formatted to meet USCIS guidelines, acceptance is determined solely by the reviewing agency. Immigration outcomes depend on many factors beyond the quality of translation, including but not limited to the completeness of your application, applicable immigration law, and individual case circumstances.

3. Use of Service

You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You represent that the documents you submit are authentic and that you have the right to submit them for translation. You agree not to submit forged, altered, or fraudulent documents.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the translated documents for your personal immigration or legal purposes. ImmigrantBridge retains rights to its translation systems, templates, and processes.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We treat your documents and personal information with strict confidentiality. We do not sell your data to third parties. Documents are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your order and comply with applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmigrantBridge and Skybound Systems Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first by email at SkyboundSystemsInc@gmail.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within 30 days. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Colorado.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be posted on our website.
