How do I submit my document?+
Start at our Quote page. Enter your document details to get an instant quote, then proceed to upload your file securely. You can upload a photo taken with your phone or a scanned file — just make sure the text is clear and legible.
What file formats are accepted?+
We accept PDF, JPG, and PNG files. For best results, submit a scan or clear photo with good lighting and no obstructions. Documents that are severely blurred, torn, or partially obscured may require resubmission.
How will I receive my translation?+
Your completed certified translation will be available as a PDF download directly from your order confirmation page. You will also receive an email notification with a secure download link (valid for 7 days). If you need a hard copy mailed to you, we offer that as an optional add-on (+$15) at checkout.
What if my document is blurry or hard to read?+
If our team cannot read your document clearly enough to produce an accurate translation, we will contact you to request a better-quality image. We will not begin translation on an illegible document and will not charge you until a usable document is received. For the best results, use a flatbed scanner or a scanning app like Adobe Scan or Microsoft Lens.
Can I order multiple documents at once?+
Yes. Our Family Package (up to 15 pages) and Employment Package (up to 25 pages) are designed for multi-document orders. You can also submit multiple individual documents and request combined billing. Contact us at SkyboundSystemsInc@gmail.com for custom volume quotes if you have more than 25 pages.
